身份識別

Identify by card: swipe the card at the area of the card reader on the self-service machine to identify the cardholder.

刷卡識別：在自助機刷卡器位置刷卡，自動識別持卡人身份

Face Recognition: Click the [Using Facial Recognition] button to start face recognition.

人臉識別：點擊【開啟人臉識別】按鈕，開始人臉識別。

Clear

注銷

After successful identification, the self-service query page displays the user-related information. For information security, when the user leaves, click the [Clear] button to clear the current user information. If the user forgets to clear, the system will clear automatically after 5 minutes.

身份識別成功后，自助查詢頁面顯示用戶相關信息。為了信息的安全，用戶離開時，點擊【注銷】按鈕，清空當前用戶信息。若用戶忘記注銷，系統(tǒng)將在5分鐘后自動注銷。

Sign out

簽退功能

After the card swiping or face recognition is successful, the personnel information is obtained. If it is detected that the personnel are still signing in, the sign out button is displayed, and the student click the sign out button to perform the sign out operation.  

刷卡或人臉識別成功后，獲取人員信息，如果檢測到人員再上琴，則顯示簽退按鈕，學生點擊簽退按鈕，執(zhí)行簽退操作。

Sign in on site

現(xiàn)場簽到

After user identification is successful, double-click the designated room for on-site sign in and display the sign in results.

系統(tǒng)配置中取消 “自助機現(xiàn)場預約” 配置項。用戶識別成功后，雙擊指定特定的房間執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場簽到，顯示簽到結(jié)果。

After successful user identification, select the room to be reserved on the room list page, click the [Reservation] button, select the date and time, click Submit to make the reservation.

用戶身份識別成功后，在琴房列表頁面選擇要預約的房間，點擊【未來預約】按鈕，選擇日期和時間，點擊確認執(zhí)行預約。 

Self-service inquiry

自助查詢

After successful identification, click the self-service query button to display the user information interface. Displayed elements: user's name, student number (use * to hide), remaining class hours, using class hours, and binding rooms. Sign-in records and  Reservation records.

身份識別成功后，點擊自助查詢按鈕，顯示用戶信息界面。顯示的元素：用戶姓名，學號（加*隱藏），剩余課時，使用課時，綁定琴房。簽到記錄和預約信息 

Notification

查詢公告

Displays the last 20 notification issued by the administrator.

顯示管理員發(fā)布的最近20條公告。
